Claim Management

Demand management or claims management is (according to (now replaced)) DIN 69905: 1997 "monitoring and assessment of deviations or changes and their economic consequences for the purpose of determining and enforcing claims".
In project business, demand management is part of both the client's and the contractor's tools. The aim is to agree on the unpredictable events in the course of the project in their commercial consequences.
